Vacancy Description: A vacancy has become available for a Finance Administrator within a local well-known business in Kilmarnock. The role will consist of a combination of customer service, sales and finance administration - making it an invigorating career move for those looking for excitement and new challenges. The contract will begin as full-time temporary, with a permanent position a possibility for a successful candidate with the tenacity to progress. General duties will include: Dealing with customers old and new. Keeping clients updated on the progress of their orders. Meeting and greeting clients. Pricing and providing quotes for clients Selling and up-selling. Processing payments. Utilising the SAGE order system. Inputting supplier invoices. Attending emails and phone calls. Liaising with local authorities regarding permit applications. Essential Requirements: Must have Sage experience as the company will not be able to provide training. Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9-5pm. Friday: 9-3pm. Pay Rate: 11 per hour.
