Vacancy Description: We are currently looking to open a new role to assist with analysing our leads and creating appointments for our sales team. The Role · You will contact email leads who are looking for quotes · You will take incoming quote requests from potential customers and ask leading questions in order assess the customers’ needs · You will create an excellent rapport and turn all queries into appointments · You will have a passion for selling without the need to be pushy. · You will also have transferrable customer service skill and be able to assist with other incoming queries. Who Are We looking for? We’re looking for someone with great customer service skills; understands what excellent customer service looks like and knows how to deliver a service to a minority or majority. You must have the ability to recognise how to turn a question into an opportunity. We’re also looking for someone with: Must have sales experience and knowledge of working in customer service environment Must have experience of managing diaries Good literacy and numerical ability Technical skills are very advantageous, however not essential. It will be expected that you are always learning about our product and are able to learn and provide detailed advice going forward Part-time hours: 25 per week Salary: £12,145.00-£30,085.00 per year
