Vacancy Description: A well known company in Ayr are looking for a confident and reliable Customer Complaints Handler The contract will be on an ongoing basis. Day-to-day responsibilities will include dealing with inbound customer complaints/enquires both over the phone and via email, being patient and respectful with customers, working well and communicating with fellow team members and other general customer service duties. Essential: Confident using computers and IT software. Good phone manner. Preferred: Previous experience within a call centre environment or someplace similar. Rate of pay is 9.15 per hour Shifts: 37 - 40 hours over a 5 day week.
