Vacancy Description: Our client in Ayr is looking for a permanent Business Administrator. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Customer Service experience. Able to answer high volumes of calls and emails and resolve customer enquiries. Able to identify which department is best suited to each enquiry. General duties will include: Customer Service working with an incoming call system. Answering calls and dealing with customers emailing. Contacting customers to advise of delivery dates. Chasing deliveries. Dealing with customer enquiries. Customer call backs. General admin duties. Training will be given for using CMS system. Sales duties will be incorporated into the role and therefore a level of sales experience is desirable, but not essential. Sales duties will include: Working with clients on an internal sales system. Taking customer enquiries by phone and email. Processing online orders, Taking payments over the phone. Calling customers back with stock info. Taking messages and answering customer questions regarding their orders. Preparing quotations, Training on payment system provided. Hours are 35 per week, Monday to Friday 9:00-16:00 (changing to 16:00 soon). Salary will be discussed at interview. Immediate start is available.
