Vacancy Description: ESTATE & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (PERMANENT ROLE) Based in Edinburgh, our client requires an Estates and Facilities Manager to manage and direct the maintenance and development of facilities, buildings and grounds, Including lifecycle planning of all assets. To have a lead role in the development and implementation of the Estates strategy, at all times ensuring that the environment and facilities are fit and safe for purpose, in line with their environmental aims. To manage the Estates team, ensuring that a high-quality service is provided at all times, and that all work is carried out to a high standard. Essential: 1. A recognised property, estates or facilities management professional qualification. 2. NEBOSH, IOSH or IEMA qualified (or willing to work towards). 3.
