Vacancy Description: Terrific role available for a Quality Officer with proven experience and competency in the care sector. This role is field-based and will entail working out in the community undertaking person centred care/support plans and risk assessments, attending and conducting customer reviews and to refresh and update the care/support plan and risk assessment documentation as appropriate, carrying out field observations for all Care and Support staff in line with our in-house training and development programme and take any appropriate action as necessary. This role would suit a forward thinking individual who is looking for their next career move within an established and fast expanding business. Superb customer service skills are a must along with a positive, can-do attitude. Attention to detail is also vital as is a genuine passion for quality and high standards. The essential skills for consideration are: Excellent literacy skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A working strength in adherence to policies, procedures and compliance. Working knowledge of quality control procedures within the Health and Social Care Sector. Full Driving License. Experience of delivering care. The ideal candidate would possess these desirable qualities: QCF Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care. Working knowledge of quality standards. To be considered for this role, you will have a good understanding/knowledge or previous experience in undertaking customer care needs assessments, writing care plans, auditing and observing quality standards.
