AllNeeds Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and highly organised Project Support Administrator to join a growing and dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong administrative background who enjoys working within a fast-paced project environment and supporting the successful delivery of utility infrastructure projects.
As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with customers, design teams, asset owner partners and internal stakeholders to ensure projects progress efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation and project records.
Key Responsibilities
Collate, file, scan and maintain manual job cards within electronic project files.
Liaise with adopting asset owners to ensure all required documentation is submitted throughout the construction process.
Log and manage all new sales enquiries.
Maintain and update the sales project tracker on a daily basis.
Apply for Gas and Electricity Points of Connection (POCs) where required.
Liaise with adopting asset owner partners to obtain asset values.
Provide general administrative support to the design team.
Communicate with customers to gather all relevant information required for design quotations.
Ensure project records and documentation remain accurate, complete and up to date.
Support the wider team with project administration and coordination duties as required.
Key Activities
Keep up to date with current industry standards, technical developments and project procedures.
Ensure key project targets and timescales are achieved, including Points of Connection (POCs) and CSEPs.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when liaising with clients, partners and colleagues.
Review and interpret utility plans and associated project documentation.
Assist with the smooth coordination of project administration from enquiry through to completion.
Carry out additional administrative duties to support the wider project and design teams.
About You
The successful candidate will possess:
A minimum of 10 years administrative experience.
Excellent organisational and document management skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, stakeholders and colleagues.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Experience within the utilities, construction, engineering or project-based sectors would be highly advantageous.
A full UK driving licence.
