Vacancy Description: We are looking for 1x Raker operative & 1X Roller Operative to join the squad on a 6 month temporary basis for projects in Renfrewshire/Inverclyde

Proven experience in raking and laying tar is essential - the role involves rake and lay tar in a 350mm wide utility trench after my own squads have excavated and brought back up to 60mm from finished footpath level Pay rate= 14.50 per hour

Previous experience operating a pedestrian walk behind 28 inch Roller is essential! pay 13.50 per hour. The role involves operating a 28-inch pedestrian walk-behind roller to compact and finish tar surfaces to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities for Raker

  • Rake and lay tar within a 350mm wide utility trench
  • Ensure all works are completed to required specifications and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate effectively with site teams to ensure smooth project progress

    Candidates will need a good awareness of health & safety in a construction environment and ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and quality of finish. must be Physically fit and able to carry out manual outdoor work in all weathers
