  • Pay Rate: 13.00 per hour
  • Job Type: Temporary (Ongoing 6 Months)
  • Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
  • Start Date: ASAP

    The Opportunity

    AllNeeds Recruitment are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Labourer / Drivers to support ongoing projects across Renfrewshire and Inverclyde. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong work ethic and practical site experience to secure consistent, full-time work within a busy and supportive team environment. The role is initially temporary for 6 months, with ongoing work available for the right candidate. Successful candidates will travel to site using company transport, with van pick-up available from South Ayrshire.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with general labouring duties across active construction sites
  • Loading, unloading and safely transporting materials, tools and equipment
  • Supporting site set-up, maintenance and clear-down activities
  • Assisting skilled trades and site teams as required
  • Maintaining clean, safe and organised working areas
  • Following site health & safety procedures at all times
  • Driving company vehicles to and from project locations where required Candidate Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within construction, civils or labouring environments
  • Valid CSCS Card (essential)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • Good awareness of site health & safety procedures
  • Strong manual handling capability and physical fitness
  • Reliable and punctual approach to work
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
