  • Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30, Friday: 08:00 to 15:30

    AllNeeds Recruitment are currently seeking a Building Maintenance Technician with trowel skills, mortar mix experience to support a fixed site maintenance operation in North Ayrshire. This is a temporary role, offering consistent, full time hours within a structured on site environment, with the potential for ongoing placement beyond this period. The successful candidate will contribute to the day to day maintenance and general upkeep of the site, supporting operational efficiency and site presentation.

    The Role Working within an established team, you will carry out a range of general construction and maintenance duties. This is a practical, hands on role suited to someone with building trade experience who is confident working on site. Trowel experience is preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting day to day site maintenance activities
  • Carrying out general building and repair works
  • Assisting with minor brickwork, patching and site repairs
  • Supporting refurbishment and improvement tasks as required
  • Maintaining site standards and safe working practices
  • Working collaboratively with the on site team

    Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience within general construction or building trades
  • Semi skilled background in a trade environment
  • Trowel experience desirable (not essential)
  • Ability to work independently and follow site instructions
  • Strong awareness of Health & Safety procedures
  • Reliable, punctual and committed to long term work
