  • Location: North Ayrshire
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00–16:30 (9-hour day)
  • Weekly Hours: 45 hours
  • Pay: £12.71 per hour
  • Contract: Temporary to Permanent

    We are currently recruiting a General Labourer to join a busy and hands-on two-person team in North Ayrshire. This is an opportunity for someone who is reliable, physically fit, and looking for long-term, stable work with the potential to secure a permanent position

    Key Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a two-man team to sort and remove plastics
  • Inspecting, stacking and organising pallets
  • Supporting general yard and production duties as required
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Following all site safety procedures and instructions

    What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable and consistent – must turn up every day and work full shifts
  • Physically fit – able to lift, move and handle materials throughout the shift
  • Team player – works well alongside others in a small, fast-paced team
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Previous labouring, warehouse or manual-handling experience is an advantage but not essential
