An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a supportive and well-established HR team in the Glasgow area. This is an ongoing temporary position with an immediate start ideal for a proactive HR professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to managers and employees Manage employee relations cases with a strong focus on absence management Review update and maintain HR policies and the employee handbook Support on a range of HR initiatives and projects as required Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice

Requirements: Proven experience in an HR Advisor role Strong knowledge of absence management processes Experience updating and maintaining employee handbooks and policies Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Working Hours & Location: Monday to Friday 35 hours per week Hybrid working model: Monday and Friday working from home with office-based work for the remainder of the week
