Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our client on an ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to support a busy administrative function within a professional environment.
The role will involve accurate data entry and administration tasks with a preference for candidates who have experience or familiarity with medical terminology.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately inputting data into internal systems and databases
Processing and updating records in a timely manner
Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Supporting general administrative tasks as required
Ensuring all data is recorded in line with company procedures and standards
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Candidate Requirements
Previous data entry or administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred but not essential)
Professional and reliable approach to work
