    Overview: AllNeeds Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker to join our client’s team based in East Ayrshire. This is a full-time temporary ongoing position with strong potential to lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. The role would suit a reliable and skilled groundworker with experience across a range of groundwork and landscaping tasks. The successful candidate will be joining a busy and professional team working on various projects across the local area

    Key Responsibilities

  • Laying slabs and paving to a high standard
  • Installing driveways and blockwork
  • Kerbing and edging installation
  • Carrying out drainage works
  • Preparing groundworks and site foundations
  • Supporting wider site activities as required
  • Maintaining safe working practices and following site procedures

    Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Groundworker
  • Strong practical skills in slabbing, driveways, blockwork, kerbing and drainage
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of health and safety on site
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic

    Preferred:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience working across residential or commercial groundwork project
