Pay Rate: 20.51 per hour

Overview: AllNeeds Recruitment are supporting our client in the Glasgow area in the appointment of an experienced Internal Recruiter to join their team on an initial six-week temporary contract.
This role requires an individual with proven in-house recruitment experience who can quickly integrate into an established team and manage end-to-end recruitment activity. There is potential for the position to continue on an ongoing basis for the right candidate.
An immediate start is available.
The Role
Working within a busy internal recruitment function you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles ensuring a professional and efficient hiring process.
This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong organisational skills stakeholder management experience and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Liaising with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Drafting and advertising job descriptions
Screening applications and conducting interviews
Coordinating interview processes and providing candidate feedback
Managing offer processes and onboarding activity
Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting
Ensuring compliance with internal recruitment policies and procedures
Supporting workforce planning and talent pipeline activity
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience within an internal / in-house recruitment role
Strong understanding of recruitment best practice and employment processes
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise workload effectively
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience using applicant tracking systems
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Ability to start immediately
