    Overview: AllNeeds Recruitment are supporting our client in the Glasgow area in the appointment of an experienced Internal Recruiter to join their team on an initial six-week temporary contract. This role requires an individual with proven in-house recruitment experience who can quickly integrate into an established team and manage end-to-end recruitment activity. There is potential for the position to continue on an ongoing basis for the right candidate. An immediate start is available.

    The Role Working within a busy internal recruitment function you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles ensuring a professional and efficient hiring process. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong organisational skills stakeholder management experience and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Liaising with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Drafting and advertising job descriptions
  • Screening applications and conducting interviews
  • Coordinating interview processes and providing candidate feedback
  • Managing offer processes and onboarding activity
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with internal recruitment policies and procedures
  • Supporting workforce planning and talent pipeline activity

    Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience within an internal / in-house recruitment role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practice and employment processes
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise workload effectively
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to start immediately
