Vacancy Description: Plant Machine Operators Construction Pay = 15.00 to 18.00 pounds per hour DOE

We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Machine Operators to join our clients construction team in North Ayrshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable operator looking for long-term stable employment with a reputable company.

The Role: You will be responsible for operating a range of plant machinery on active construction sites ensuring work is carried out safely efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate plant machinery such as excavators dumpers and rollers
  • Carry out routine safety checks and basic maintenance
  • Work closely with site supervisors and groundworkers
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Assist with general site duties when required

    Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS card (essential)
  • Proven experience operating plant machinery on construction sites
  • Good understanding of site safety procedures
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
