Overview: We are currently recruiting a Joiner / Maintenance Operative for a fixed-site maintenance role based in North Ayrshire. This is an ongoing temporary position running through to June 2026, offering consistent, full-time hours within a stable working environment. The role involves carrying out general joinery and maintenance duties to support the upkeep and smooth operation of the site. Key Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day joinery repairs and maintenance tasks on site

  • Complete general building maintenance works as required
  • Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
  • Liaise with site management to prioritise maintenance requests
  • Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment

    Candidate Requirements:

  • Time-served or experienced Joiner with maintenance background
  • Ability to work independently on site
  • Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
  • Reliable, punctual and consistent attendance
  • Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
