Days: Monday – Friday
Shift Pattern:
• 06:00 – 16:30
• 12:00 – 22:00
Overview:
AllNeeds Recruitment is currently recruiting Forklift Drivers / Labourers on behalf of our client in South Ayrshire. This is an ongoing full-time position within a busy production environment. The role is physically demanding and requires individuals who are reliable safety-conscious and capable of meeting daily production targets.
Essential Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Swing Load essential)
Minimum 1 year’s forklift driving experience (preferred)
Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties
Able to work using own initiative as well as part of a team
Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
Moving sorting and storing stock correctly within the site
Operating forklift trucks to handle swing loads and support production
Assisting on the bagging line ensuring output targets are met
Picking packing and preparing products for despatch
Supporting production processes to ensure key bagging line targets are consistently achieved
Maintaining clean tidy and safe working areas at all times
Working effectively as part of a small on-site production team
