Are you passionate about events and engaging with your community? Do you enjoy bringing people together and making a difference? We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Community & Events Fundraiser to join the Fundraising Team on a short-term 1-month contract.

About the Role You will play an active part in planning and delivering fundraising events and community initiatives supporting the team to maximise income opportunities and build strong relationships with supporters businesses and volunteers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and supporting fundraising events and campaign

  • Meeting agreed income targets and maximising income streams

  • Nurturing existing supporter relationships and developing new ones

  • Delivering engaging presentations and talks to community groups and businesses

  • Promoting and championing the work of the fundraising department

    About You: We are looking for someone who

  • Has events experience (planning coordinating or supporting delivery)

  • Is confident engaging with people in person and over the phone

  • Has telesales or customer engagement experience with the ability to inspire and influence

  • Is highly organised proactive and target-driven

  • Can work flexibly including evenings and weekends when required
