Vacancy Description: Roller Operative Wanted Location: East Renfrewshire Contract: Temporary for 2 Months Hours; Monday to Friday Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour Role Overview We are looking for a Roller Operative to join our team on a temporary basis in East Renfrewshire. The role involves operating a 28-inch pedestrian walk-behind roller to compact and finish tar surfaces to the required standards. Key Responsibilities Operate a 28-inch pedestrian roller safely and effectively Compact and finish tar to required specifications and quality standards Ensure all work areas are maintained in a clean and safe condition Work alongside ground teams to ensure project deadlines are met Follow all health & safety regulations and site procedures Requirements Previous experience operating a pedestrian roller is essential Good awareness of health & safety in a construction environment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and quality of finish Physically fit and able to carry out manual outdoor work
