Vacancy Description: Job Title: Receptionist Location: Saltcoats Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Overview: Our client is looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join their team in Saltcoats. The role will involve greeting visitors, answering calls, and carrying out basic administrative duties to help keep the office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage incoming and outgoing mail Maintain reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings Assist colleagues with general office support as needed What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional, polite, and approachable manner Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and keeping an office organised and efficient.
