    Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for people and growth? AllNeeds Recruitment is on the lookout for a confident and ambitious Sales & Recruitment Coordinator to lead the charge in new client acquisition while supporting recruitment delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
      About the Role This is a target-driven role with a strong emphasis on business development and relationship building. You will play a key role in expanding our client base promoting our recruitment services and supporting successful candidate placements. If you are confident on the phone tenacious in the field (in person) and love turning conversations into opportunities this role is for you.
    • Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Acquisition (Primary Focus): Proactively identify approach and secure new clients through networking warm calling and lead generation. Promote and present our recruitment solutions to prospective clients in a clear and compelling way. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Negotiate terms of business rates and service agreements with professionalism. Consistently meet or exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
    • Recruitment Support: Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs. Source and screen candidates aligned to client requirements. Support interview coordination onboarding and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records in our CRM .
    • What We are Looking For Proven experience in sales business development or recruitment. Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport. Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong follow-through. Organised goal-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities. Familiar with CRM or database systems (training provided). Full UK driving licence and own transport required.
    • In Return Base salary + commission Ongoing sales and recruitment training Supportive friendly and collaborative office environment Company pension & free on-site parking
    • Working Hours Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:00 Friday 09:00 to16:00 Based at our Stevenson Office
