Vacancy Description: Job Title: Administrator — Training Company Hours: 16–20 hours per week, over 4 days Location: East Ayrshire About the role: We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Administrator to support the delivery of training services. You will be a key point of contact for candidates, training providers, and clients, helping to keep everything running smoothly. Key responsibilities: • Prepare and issue certificates upon course completion • Communicate effectively with candidates, training providers, and clients • Organise and coordinate training sessions and calendar • Provide administrative support to a small team • Manage your own responsibilities and workloads once trained • Handle phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all training activity Skills and Experience: • Experience of Microsoft Office 365 • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and use own initiative • Previous administrative experience desirable • Willingness to learn and adapt in a small team environment Training: • Initial training will be provided • Support from the Director and team during induction If you’re an enthusiastic, adaptable person who can manage their own responsibilities and wants to be a key part of a small, friendly team, we’d love to hear from you.
