In addition to the candidate’s own CV, we provide a written report about all short-listed candidates based on our face-to-face interviews with them, which most clients find extremely useful.
Yes we provide temporary, contract, seasonal and permanent staff with a wide variety of skills including all trades, labour, admin/reception, drivers, warehouse, cleaners, salespeople and many more. We also offer a "temp to perm" service where you can take a potential permanent member of staff on a temporary basis initially to see if they are suitable for the job. Since our launch in 1999 we have built relationships and worked closely with many major employers across the West of Scotland as well as some of the area’s smaller, growing businesses covering a wide rage of sectors.
We would ask you to provide a suitable pay rate and then agree a bill rate and apart from that there are NO ADDITIONAL OR HIDDEN COSTS. All temporary staff would be employed by AllNeeds Recruitment so all Tax, National Insurance, Employers National Insurance, Holiday Pay, Pension etc would be handled and paid by us. For a permanent member of staff we don’t believe in the ‘pro rata sliding scale’ method of billing. We will put the same time and commitment into supplying you with the right person for a job earning for example £20,000 per annum as we would for a job earning £40,000 per annum so the permanent bill rate is extremely competitive and well below the national average

Even if there are no vacancies relevant to the type of work you do if you email your CV to us at enquiries@allneeds.co.uk we will contact businesses to see if they might have any vacancies which may be suitable to you.
It’s not complicated at all, to enrol with us all you need to do is supply us with an up to date CV which we register on the database we use to find suitable candidates for vacancies. But we like to be thorough so if you are considered for a specific vacancy we will interview you to find out more about you as a person and to discuss your previous work history, qualifications and experience. This also gives you the opportunity to find out more about AllNeeds and how we work. You will also be asked to complete an application form and provide us with any other relevant documentation

ABSOLUTELY NOT. We are PAYE registered and do not use any ’umbrella companies’ to process our payroll. If you are offered a temporary contract you would be employed by AllNeeds Recruitment so all Tax, National Insurance, Employers National Insurance, Holiday Pay, Pension etc would be handled and paid by us and your payslip would clearly show hours worked at the agreed pay rate. If we secure you a permanent position all wages and payments would be the responsibility of the employer.
