Employers

We currently provide a professional, cost-effective service to a number of employers across Scotland.

We can provide you with temporary staff, to accommodate holidays, sickness, seasonal contracts, maternity cover and to assist with increased workloads, etc.  We are only a phone call away.

Temporary contracts have no fixed end date and are flexible depending on your individual requirements.  We can supply staff from one day to one week to one year or longer.  Employed by AllNeeds all tax, NI, employers NI etc. would be dealt with by us.

If the candidate proves to be inappropriate, with just another phone call we will endeavour to replace them.  There is no charge or cost involved unless a member of AllNeeds temporary staff starts an assignment within your Company.

Permanent Staff  -  If your Company requires a permanent member of staff, AllNeeds will take the recruitment process out of your hands to supply you with one or more candidates for your final approval.

Complete company confidentiality is offered, and if any advertising is required your company name need not be mentioned.  A few of the benefits of this are your competitors don't know your business and it saves your company being inundated with telephone calls, CV's etc.  If desired, we can also supply an interview room.

You pay a one-off fee (invoiced in 3 stages) which is a small percentage of the successful applicant's projected gross annual salary.

If the candidate proves to be unsuitable during the first four weeks of employment, AllNeeds will again endeavour to replace them.

Unless you actually engage an applicant referred or supplied by AllNeeds there is no cost involved.

Temporary to Permanent  -  A popular way of recruiting a permanent staff member is "try before you buy."

If you have a permanent position within your company, why not take a potential employee on a temporary basis to start with, to see how they fit in and if  they prove to be suitable you can transfer them to your company.

Several companies have started out taking a temporary worker for a short contract and discovered how beneficial they have been to the company and subsequently offered them a permanent position.
